Laughter Yoga
Children laugh an average of 300 times a day. By adulthood that number is reduced to 15 times a day. Why do we want to laugh? Research has shown that practicing laughter for an hour a day will increase your memory, thinking ability, and intellectual capacity. Laughter also boosts your immune system, increases endorphins, the feel good hormones, and decreases stress. Even “Pretend” laughter such as laughter yoga will provide the health benefits listed. Come and see what all the fun is about.
